ingrowing toe with abscess

my daughter age 16 has an ingrowing toe rt oot with abscess formation. has been advised surgery. can we give a tril of silicea .thank you

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
You can try silicea in low potencies like 6/30 initially till the abscess drains fully. Then give silicea in 200 potency.

If the ingrowing persists after silicea administer 'Magnet polus australis' 200 on alternate days for a few days.

Along with Silicea, take flouric acid 30 C two doses daily.. This will help in faster draining of pus and healing.

thanks rubina. unfortunately it was not responding to silicea and i have started of with Tab Augmentin 675 mg TDS. thanks for the advise but i guess lets not mix it up now or do you recommend i give flouric acid as well.

For toe abscess or even suppuration of finger nail, Silicea along with flouric acid is very effective. In between a dose of Sulphur 30 after every two days helps and prevents recurrence.
Since you have started antibiotics, let the course be finished.
