height problem :(

Hi thr,
I am a 25 yr old female with areally tiny frame .I am only 4ft 9 inches in height and weigh only 80-81 lbs or around36-37 kgs. I am seriously worried about height.
I wanted to grow tall alwyas and back as a kid or teen did not have that advantage to look for any external help.
SO can anybody tell me honestly (please be honest) if I can still gain height and if yes then how ?
and if not then let know frankly.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
It seems to be very difficult at this age. however you can try physical excercies for height which may improve your height.

I am trying out yoga recently.
but was thinking may be some new things might be out to hep us.
