Pulmonary Fibrosis

Hi,
My grandma is suffering from idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis since a year now.

She is 76 now and increasing the short breath and weakness in day-to-day life.

Recently she developed the blue colorings in her feet fingers and there was heavy pain there.

After a hospitalization she recovered from there and we didnt find any blood clot or something like that in doppler test.

But because of the anti-inflammatory drugs she finds difficulties in passing stool and is always in drowsiness state.

Cyclospasmal is the drug name given to her which recovered her from that. Sometimes Ramcet had been given to supress the pain.

Does anyone have any experience of treating pulmonary fibrosis? Is there any homoeopathy medicine which can clear and eat the extra and non-living scar tissues in human body?

After doing some googling i found serrapeptase as the drug which can do this. But the mentioned side effects cannot be taken by my grandma as she is very very weak.

Thanks in advance for any reply.
