Tinnitus since 19 months

Hello,
I've been suffering from Tinnitus since 19 months.
I strongly suspect it was caused by long exposure to loud headphones.
I have 5 or 6 different sounds; high-pitched tones, humming and hiss occuring in the head, and most of all a high-pitched tone in the right ear. The hiss sounds like the background noise of an old tape. There is also a 'woosh' sound a little like background car traffic away. All those sounds are permanent though a little quieter in the morning in bed. There are other symptoms:
A low-pitch buzz in the left ear when I get up then go back to bed at night, or when I get up in the morning: this buzzing is felt like something vibrating in the ear and goes away in a few minutes.
My ears click every time I swallow.
I'm physically-in-the-ears sensitive to high-pitched sounds such as kitchen ones, keys, money, I feel and hear something moving in my ear ('thoum!') every time I hear those kinds of sound, and I feel they are not well damped, but mostly when it is quiet in the belongings(dynamic problem). Outdoor garden sounds whith children doesn't disturb me in the hearing senses but makes me 'feel' my ears and most of all, the left one. In fact, I feel my left ear all the time. It feels like an irritation and like a tension when there is louder sounds. That feeling of my left ear is aggravated everytime I blow my nose, and the sensivity to sounds is worse then. It goes back to 'normal' a few minutes later. Every time I blow my nose, I feel something in both my ears going out in the inside, then going back in again. I feel that's definitely those things moving in and out that cause me my burning an sensivity problems. This slight burning of my left ear began near 6 years ago, and was lighter. I believed at the time that it was caused by an ear-plug. The feeling evenutally came to pass. It came back, then went away 2 or three times. Since 19 months, it is still there, with all the other problems, and made me feel at first like I had something in my ear, water, wax or whatever. ENTs didn't find anything of course.
I feel my head too, but it's not burning like my ears. It's like there is always electricity flowing in my brain, I feel a kind of 'busy brain', not fresh, not rested, and I feel it physically in my head, I want it to be relaxed!

I have a lot more information to give you about my life and my history, but I don't know where I could began, so Thank you for asking me what you think could help you in a better understanding.
Thanks a lot!!
Best regards,

Duke

I understood I must take one dose daily.
But I didn't understand what is a dose: is it a daily 'unit dose' (one full tube every day), or a daily dose of 3 bigger pellets?

Today I took the subway and my ears are burning hot right now.

Hi there. Please let me know if you get any relief from any of the things you try. I too, have the same thing. I will be seeing an ENT soon and hopefully will get some answers. I will keep you posted on what I find out. Hopefully you and I can help eachother!

I also have tinnitus really bad. For 3 years now. Same symptioms changes sounds. Buzzing, one loud pitch and a humming as well.

I have a differnt background as far as family history I am sure but I got mine from standing next to Speakers all my life in clubs and concerts. Possilble sinus or medications who knows.

Thats why you have to give your complete family historys so they can treat it better. The medications are selective to that information. He suggested Barium Chloratum for me one a week for a month.

Go to the list of medications Materia Medica (on this site) and it will go into detail on this.

Good Luck and let me know how you do with your treatment. Keep in mind this could take time so be patient with.
