What negativity does to us

Dear friends,

I would like to share a very interesting and powerful insight that I have learned recently from my readings on health and hapiness.

Happy thoughts make us stronger and help us to keep healthy.Unhappy thoughts weaken us and sap our vitality thereby inviting disease, a feeling of helplessness and despair.If you don't believe me just do the following exercise.It may just change your life.

Ask your wife or husband or a friend to be with you when you do this 1 minute exercise.Ask your partner to stretch their arms wide and close their eyes.Then ask him/her to remember and relive a very happy experience from their past life.When they are experiencing that happy moment again, try to push any of his/her outstretched arms down by applying a downward pressure with your two fingers near the elbow region.You will find that the arm is rock steady and that you are unable to push it down.Now, ask that person to relive a very sad experience from their life and again try to push the arm down with your two fingers.You will find that the arm goes limp with weakness and even the strongest man is not able to resist the downward pressure when experiencing that sad feeling.You may ask that partner to apply pressure to your arms as you relive a happy and a sad moment from your own life.This is to experience the power of this exercise on your own body and mind.

Now, what do you say?The learning is that negative thoughts and feelings kill us by weakening our vitality making us host to disease, depression and despair.Positive thoughts and feelings instil us with strength, courage and vitality.They promote life.

This is particularly instructive for chronic worriers, hypertensives, depression patients and even generally to all the people.

I request all the people who read it and do this exercise to pass on this knowledge to as many people as they can.This has the potential to change many lives.

I am happy that at least one person found it useful.Did you conduct the exercise suggested on anyone that you know?What was the result?Did it happen like what I suggested?
