How will i increase my height?

Hello,
I am 30 year old guy.My height is 5'.1'.I would like to increase my height.Please suggest me some medicine.

DO some physical exercises like Yoga .

The growing process lasts till 22 or 25 at the latest. With some people even 28.So you're a bit late. But true - except basketball stretching is what could have helped and could help now - you never know like holding your hands on a rod and hanging for as long as you can.
