frontal network syndrome

My father is now 64 years old, he is suffering from a disease of FRONTAL NETWORK SYNDROME. (DOCTOR says this name.)
I give you MRI OF HIS BRAIN.
Findings: multiple focal & diffuse lesions, hyper intense in long TR and iso to hypo intense on short TR sequences are seen involving subcortial, central & per ventricular white matter. The longest lession is noted in left frontal periventricular region.
Rest of the brain shows normal in SI
venticles are normal in size & configuration.
Septum in midline.
Pituitary is normal.
Impression: study reveals:
Lessions involving cerebral white matter - ? Ischemic,
He is now totally imbalanced. His left side of body is very much bending. His hand goes to his back side and foot also. So he is unable to stand by his own support. His voice is now very much lower and mixed as a compare of one year ago. Eyeball are not much movable.
Please help me...
