Help me to grow

Im 24 years old now. Im a chain smoker too. Im only 5'4 and i want to grow more. Can u suggest something effecive.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Just a thought but read all the threads on here that mention you cant grow any taller once youve stopped after puberty. Theres bigger issues in one life (like the fact that your killing yourself with your non stop smoking). Make the decision to stop and then maybe ask for help on here in regards to a remedy that may be able to offer a little assistance with this huge change in your life.
Do it already!!!

Thank you for the reply. I am striving to stop smoking. I think i can stop it. Can u tell me is there any way to grow further if i quit smoking

Arjun, I am no homeopath, but I read all the threads on here. Many people ask to grow their height. With the exception of one doctor (Dr.deoshlok) all other homeopaths dont think this is possible. His prescription is a general one and you should be able to get all the info you need from reading entire thread.
If you are looking for a second opinion, you probably wont like what you hear.

Come to accept that you are at your full height and take on the same fascination about your health.

You can stop smoking, and you must stop. Once you are absolutely ready to make the commitment, then explore homeopathy to aid you in your battle. I wish you the best of luck.
