Sinus / Nasal Allergies

Is is safe to give Tuberculinum for the subject problem? I would appreciate different homeopaths to bring forward their experiences and opinions?

since Tub is a nosode, is there a antidote for it? Has anybody seen or heard problems arising out of the use of Tub? Would you give it to kids? Please share your opinion.

it is safe and it is very good and dependable drugs for reoccrent sinus and allergic cold.

you can give to child but only one dose not more than that.

Well, there is no cold involved. It is a 12 months sinus problem, constantly blowing the nose..due to probably allergens in the air; tree & grass pollen, etc. Have not got the tests as to what the allergies are due to. Also, there is no family history of tuberculosis, so will Tub still be prescribed?

The child here is 13years. If OK to give is 200 potency OK or should be higher?

Hi Rajan, the proper use of hpathy is to treat the person not the disease. If there is a Tub strain in the patient then it may do some good, this has to be given on right indications and uppermost in the case but just giving Tub on some indications alone is not how to aliviate suffering. Nosodes are not usefull unless the patient matches the criteria and in some cases can be very unhelpfull. A full case needs to be taken for this boy. Regards

I would like to add that he is over his acutes. The Merc Sol followed by Allium Cepa took care of the acutes. Now his chronic condition continues.... very frequently blowing nose..discharge is thick, clear to white. This will later turn into yellow before he gets infection again.
