Sinusitus

Hi,

Seems that I may be suffring from a low grade Sinusitus infection.

Makes me feel really low and easily confused for mental symptoms and very much aggrevated by energy given off from PCs, TVs and Fluorescent lights.

Get that sort of low feeling you get when you've got a cold and you exert yourself rather than rest.

What would you recommend?

H.
