20 yrs old piles. please do help

I am suffering from pilesfor the past 20 yrs.
my problem is that, a part of large intestine (its bulging and very large) comes out of my anus whenever i try to pass stool.(i assume that its piles)
Because of this reason its very difficult for me topass stool.
i have been suffering from it since my childhood. I have never undergone any treatment so far.

Also, i never feel pain in these bulging area. This bulging area comes out of my anus when i try to pass the stool. But it does not go inside, unless i deliberately do it.
I am very desperate and completely gone down. Please do help me by prescribing some homeopathy medicines.
