Help please

I have been experiencing a lot of symptoms

-restlessness but at other times low energy

-dizziness that changes in severity - probably the worst of all

-feelings of being overwhelmed and nervousness

-difficulty concentrating and
remembering things

If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated.

I forgot to add I have a very dry mouth and it feels as if there is a lump in my throat. I swallow my saliva frequently to dry to make the feeling of the lump less noticeable
