prolonged migraine .please Help

I have been suffering from prolonged mild headache since from a month with a relief of 2 days in between. The doctor diagnosed as migraine and gave some medicine. It subsided for 2-3 days and started again. Doctor also put me on some antidepressant and it seems to relieve me sometimes. I work with computers and worked prolonged hours before computer. But this is the first time the pain is lasting for somany days
The pain is more on left side and more concentrated near left ear and left forehead. Sometimes get extended to right side also. I recently had tymphanoplasty to the left ear and since then I feel the pain in that area. Even the headache starts from that area. The headache due to operation may be coincidal. Not sure. Feel sleepy in the day and often have disturbed night sleep because of this. Please suggest me some remedy
