overbeating heart

Hello,
for the last 6 days I've been experiencing my heart overbeating or I'm not too sure how to name it: it feels as if it is beating normally and then it's muscle contracts too obviously to me and I can physically feel it. It can be a single 'overbeat' or a a few in a row. I feel a lot of them through out a day.
3 years ago I suffered from severe panic attacks due to a hormonal imbalance and being too worried about my own health (mainly my heart as I never felt there were proper tests done to reassure me it really is ok). I had the same overbeating and have been reassured it's nothing to worry about, that it's harmless, but I'm concerned - a healthy heart does not overbeat. So as a result I'm anxious about my health again.
I noticed I feel more of those overbeats while I eat or after eating/drinking. And in the evenings.
I'm currently taking crataegus tincture as a heart tonic, but would love to hear your opinion if there is anything else I could take to tangle my anxiety and to tone up my heart.
Thank you!

Hi,
I've tried Spigelia-30 for a week, but did not notice much of a difference. Aconite is great for calming me down, but I still was getting lots of palpitations every day. Consulted with a homoeopath and got Ignatia 200, 5 single doses 1 a day.
It's been a week since I've finished taking Ignatia, I'm still taking crateagus and am feeling much better. I do get palpitations, but far more less and not as strong.
Thanks for your help!
