High androgens/thyroid help

Hi. I'm a 30 year old female and I think my androgen levels are elevated. I also have symptoms of hypothyroid, although my labs are in the normal range. I know these two conditions can be inter-related. Here are my symptoms:

-Oily skin which clogs easily and sometimes is prone to minor cystic acne- esp. when I eat dairy products.
-Tiny pustules around chest and collarbone
-Shedding hair- the hairs falling out are very fine, although the rest of my hair texture varies fom med/straight to course/wavy. My hair still looks healthy.
-Growth of dark hair on chin- no upper lip hair.
-Vertical fingernail ridges. My nails are still strong and flexible.
-Low body temp.
-Very painful menstrual cramps the first day or two of my period. I've done extensive research on causes and tried many supplements and dietary modifacations. Nothing has brought total relief. There is a strong correlation between unexplained cramps, and hypothyroid. I really think this is the underlying problem. I plan to try Wilson's T3 Protocol for this.

I would appreciate any homeopathic input on remedies that could help my hair, skin, nails and body temp. I've tried numerous for the cramps, to no avail- mag. phos, colocynthis, and others.

-I am tall, willowy but not wiry, fair/freckled, dark brown hair. I gain weight a little around the midsection.
-My personality is somewhat introverted, sensitive/cries easily, outwardly calm/inwardly anxious, logical, non-aggressive, somewhat perfectionistic, sympathetic.

Hopefully this will give you some idea of my constitution.
