help please

I went to a homeopath not feeling well and he had me sniff mercurius solubis at a 12c. I've been shaking and feel like I'm dying. Help! How do I antidote this remedy? Thanks, Jen

you can sniff camphor as well.

Try drinking strong black coffee without milk.

Sniffing camphor, applying vicks vaporub (or any product containing camphor) may also help.

You seem to be too sensitive to homeo medicines and tell the homeopath in advance in future, if your current homeopath is not already aware of this.

Don't sniff directly from the liquid dilution bottle in future, but add a drop/ single pellet to about 20 ml. of water and sniff from it.

Increase the water quantity if required, till it fits you without causing aggravations.

thank you so much for your help. I'd heard of putting it in water to take the remedy, that makes sense to do so before I sniff it. Feeling better this morning.

Many blessings, Jenifer
