Dear Dr. Mahfoozurrehman, Assalamo Alaikum.

Thank you very much for advising me to take Aloes for 3 days which I have already started taking and feeling some better now. I am sorry for last forum which was sketchy and there were also some mistakes.

Now I want to give some detail as follows and would request you to please advise me a suitable remedy with diet:

I am 57 years old and a diabetic patient. Constitution tall and thin. Great emaciations of whole body. Urine passes sometimes in every one hour interval and sometimes in 2 hours intervals day and night accompanied with stool. Sudden urination and hard to retain for a while. Think after taking Aloes 30, stool problem is subsiding. One way or other, always in tension. Tobacco chewing habit. Dry skin with wrinkles and too much itching. Carbuncles in right foot. In recent cold weather, hands and feet remain cold. Body feels chill. Sugar level fluctuates. Two days ago level was 524 at 8:30 P.M. i.e. 2 hours after taking some food. I am taking Dionil, one tablet in the morning and half in the evening.

Best regards,

Mazhar
