pain in both hand and neck
Dear Drs on forumA patient is having pain in both the arms and neck,
The pain increases after exertion , and is less after taking rest and with applying heating pad on back of neck
Some times this pain even extends to chest on left side
ECG Reports are normal
X - Ray reports reveals that Loss of Normal Cervical Curveture is seen due to para spinal spasm
Kindly advice suitable medicine

1- Did you ever had an injury on your back or neck?
2- A fall or a hit on the effected area?
3- Throat problem or post nasal dripping?
4- Do u have any neuralgic pain,if yes the location.
5- what about ur digestion?

I showed the X- Ray reports to a Orthopaedic surgeon and according to him the reports earlier given were wrong by the lab. According to his analysis the pain in the had is due to cervical spondolitis in c4 and c5
Kindly suggest suitable line of medicine
