plugged milk duct
I stopped nursing my two year old about 3-4 weeks ago. I have had plugged milk ducts before and just noticed what I think is an area that is plugged even though I think my milk is gone now. It is a little tender but not painful. Can anyone help?Allison

I took three doeses of silicea 6X yesterday because it is all I had in the house and applied heat and I think it is slightly reduced today. I am going to my local store today but all I see on their web site is Bryonia alba-is that ok? Thank you
