is it catarrh?
Hi, I have been suffering with what i believe is catarrh, but i am not quite sure.It came on all of a sudden several years ago, and has never gone away.
Its what i would call flem in my thoat, which i cannot get rid of. I try coughing it up, but feel it move, but not into my mouth. It is almays on the left hand side of my thoat in just to left of my adams apple. It also feels that i have a light cold in my nose. Most days it is there and then others it seems to have gone away, but that is very rare. I am now getting fed up with it, because it is starting to effect my singing, in reaching the top notes. I would love to stick a micro vaccum cleaner up my nose and down my thoat. Is there any remidies that would get rid of or disolve the flem which i believe it is. When i go to bed and lying down it either moves somewhere, because when i wake up in the morning it is gone, but when i am on my way to work in my car it returns and i start deliberatly coughing to try and move it, but to no axail. Someone told me to but a pinch of salt in a bowl of hot water and breath in the vapor for about 10mins a day that should help desolve the flem.
Any help would be much appreciated? I also never smoked of drinked heavily.
