Why are Homeopathic Remedies So Expensive ?

I live in the UK England and feel the price of homeopathic remedies is far too high at nearly 5 pounds per remedy.
When you have been told to take a few remedies and they dont work and you need other remedies the cost mounts up.
After all there isnt much to the tiny pills just lactose mainly.
Somebody is making a lot of profit on these remedies and id like to see them priced much fairer.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
You cant be serious. 5 pounds for a remedy that should last you for years is a rip off? Yes the investment of having dozens of remedies can add up, but building a collection of anything costs money. You can take a couple of pills and diute them in water and have maybe 50 doses from those 2 pills. If less than a cent per dose is priced too high then maybe one should stick to perhaps some type of free therapy.
You should look into a tour at a homeopathic pharmacy so you could experience the amount of work that goes into preparing remedies.

Everyone makes profit in this world. Im sure if you built a business you would be interested in making money as well.

Its how i feel as i beleive in value for money when the remedies must cost next to nothing to make as they dont contain anything only lactose and a trace of the certain remedy.I just feel they are way too expensive. If i could make them myself i wouldnt be charging 5 pounds or more per remedy thats for sure.Helping others 1st and value for money comes before profit.
