7 yr old with sore throat & some fever

Hi all,
My daughter has been complaining about throat ache from last two days. She has some headache & y'day night she had little fever too. No fever today but she looks weak & tired. We started noticing this from y'day evening after her soccer practice that she looked very tired. We thought it might be due to over-exursion. But she looks more tired today & weak.
Note: last week my son had strep throat, he was given antibiotics immediately. But I suspect she might be infected from him.
Let me know what to give her.

thanks!

cold and cough is better treated based on

- the stage of infection.

- colour of the cough and its consistency.

- exact sensations at locations.

- aggravations and emiliorations.

as the symptoms keep on changing with the stages, so should be the remedies.
