Which Remedy first?

So, my particular symptoms almost match 100% to the solutions Calcarea Sulphurica and to Pulsatilla Nigricans. So, which one should I begin with? Any thoughts?? Thank you.

Hi....I thought that they may be some protocol as to what is best taken first or which follows which remedy best.
Here's some info
Female, 30 yrs.
Fibroids
Neuralgia, mostly left side
Pain in right region of pelvis with subsequent nausea
IBS symptoms - mostly constipation
Chronic anxiety
Fear mostly at night
Mental fatigue followed by extreme physical fatigue
Tender glands
Symptoms worse upon sleeping on painless side
Scoliosis (curve in spine)
Menstruation very long

Is this enough? I am new at this.

Yes Pulsatilla would certainly help you.

Hi and Thank you!! It looks like for the fibroids, scoliosis and pelvic pain Calcarea Sulph would be most suitable, so which one do you think I ought to go with first? Or is it okay to take both? Oh, and I also have cystic acne on my throat/neck which I failed to mention earlier. It didn't respond to Sulphur.
