HELP chronic ear eczema in 6 year old

My 6 year old daughter has had chronic eczema behind her ear since she was about 2 years old. It is weeping, flaking, with deep cracks and bleeding from cracks. It has spread to about an inch in all directions into her scalp and face and top of earlobe. It began gradually, behind left ear. I treated it then (she was about 3) with Graphites 30C and it went away for a few months. Then it returned to same left ear and did not respond to Graphites. It became worse, so out of desperation, we tried a steroidal cream and it spread to both ears. We stopped the cream and now it is behind the right ear only, but very severe. I tried graphites 30C again, and it seemed to help only very slightly. Sulphur 30c has not worked either.

My daughter tends to be hot, even the eczema area seems very warm. It is worse when she wakes up in the morning, having slept on it. She often complains of being hot & doesn't feel the cold much in winter. Even when she was a baby she would sweat from her head as she breastfed. She is prone to nightmares. She is also very emotionally explosive, screams, but recovers quickly. Does not hold a grudge. She is a very selective eater, hard to please her. Craves sugar and pasta. Thank you for any advice.
