27 year want to increase height

hi i am male unmarried having height 5 feet 3 inches.
want to increase height to atleast 5 feet 8 inches.

Is it possible to do so or not??? or is just a waste of time.

If yes then can i take

Baryta Carb 30 thrice in a day
Silicea 12x 4 tab thrice in a day
and symphytum Q 5 drops twice in a day for 6 month as directed by dr.d.sharma in his famous thread.

It seems to be difficult to increase your height with medicine however, you may try physical exericises for this purpose under the instructions of Physical instructor.

dr deshlok has made a lot of discussion over it. from his discussion it seems to be possible. if it is then suggest me medicine.

I'm really interested about any methods to increase even a bit my height , unfortunalty I'm 27 year old , what kind of remedy you suggest ? I've read about beta carb 30 , silicea 30 , syphytum q 30 , medorrhinum , syphylinum and thyroidinum which of those are good for me and in what potency ? thanks . regards
