Giving remedy to unconscious patient

Elderly male, 83 years, suffering from diarrhea lasting two weeks was checked into hospital for diagnosis and treatment. They could not find cause of diarrhea and tried to stop it with Imodium and other such drugs.

He has continued to decline and has been put under heavy sedation. I'm not sure but I assume he's intubated.

Prior to being intubated he was described as being very agitated because he felt he couldn't breathe. The medical diagnosis was acidosis.

I'm thinking Arsenicum Album would be the first remedy to try but need advice on the potency and repetition (please specify X or C potency) and how to administer if he is basically unconscious.

Thanks for all advice.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Unless you are quite familiar with homeopathy, you shouldn't try to experiment on an unconscious patient.

There are administration methods available to help even an unconscious patient like swabbing the liquid remedy on healthy skin area.

The potency choice in these cases has to be invariably low, as the patient's vitality is already at a low ebb.

It is important to ensure that your remedy choice is correct.

Try to take the help of a professional hmeopath.
