Treatment for excessive scarring

Hi,
I had a cogential nasal deformity, in which the shape of my nose was affected. I
have undergone 4 rhinoplasties to correct the same. Th last was performed 1 year ago and second last 5 years ago. Since the second last surgery, I have developed significant scar tissues in my nostrils. The scarring also disrupts proper lymphatic drainage from my nose, resulting in swelling as soon as I experience heat, even minor exertion, eat spicy or hot food. This also causes a condition like chording where the skin inside my nose feels pulled. Finally sleeping, fresh air gets back my skin to normal. Moisturizing the skin also helps a bit. Is there any homeopathic/ayurvedic recommendations for my scenario, basically I think treating the scar tissues should help alleviate my problem.

Any medicine continued for a 'long period' can be harmful.

Thanks Dr. Deoshlok.
I will start the medication right away. Also I was wondering, is there any medicine that can be applied topically, e.g. I had been using Arnica and Aesculus, applying them overnight and I find swelling to subside in the morning. Should I continue with these creams?

Hi Dr Deoshlok

I tried Kali Iod 200c continuously for one month. I haven't seen any improvement in my condition thou. But as you said I'll have to continue it for long time to see any result, I'm hanging on to the hope.
For one, I would really appreciate if you give me a brief insight on why skin starts swelling, how can we manage it, how the medicine would start the healing process. Answers to these questions would provide me a clear picture and keep me going.
Also I was wondering if there is a topical cream which can provide temporary relief from swelling as and when I get it.
Thanks once again for your patience and guidance.

Thanks Zahid for your inputs. I had just been surfing this site's forum and came across recommendation for Thiosinaminum. Can you tell me what kind of scars can be treated by it and would it be of any help in my case?

Best Regards,
