Sinus Infection / Chest Congestion

Hi, need some help.

I was recently on a cruise and got sick on the cruise. Don't know the cause, sick people around or was out in the heat and got sick coming back in AC area or what.

Anyway, it started with bad sore throat, felt really inflammed, followed with headache on the right side and chest congestion. Mild cough and sometime some expectorant with yellowish color. Nasal discharge started also more so on the right side. Anyway, I pumped in a few homeopathic remedies like Ars. Alb 200 (one dose), Phosphorous 30C - 2 doses & finally Bryonia 200C x 2 doses.

Currently, my chest is still congested, I cough after feeling irritation ain the throat and usually it is dry cough, sometimes yellowish sputum. Nasal discharge is thick, white to colorless and sometimes yellowish tinge in it. Head feels cold and congested. Feverish feeling, want to rest, feeling weak. Not sleeping peacefully, brain feels wired up with weird dreams. Thirst normal to low.

Can somebody suggest what to take/do from here on, need help.

Thanks
Rajan
