Crohn's, stricture help needed asap

My son age 22 has had Crohn's disease for 6 years.
For the past 2 years, he has refused steroids and immune suppressing drugs, electing to eat a healthy diet and use natural anti-inflammatories. He was hospitalized 2 weeks for a fever and pain. HE had a small abdominal abscess which was drained using a needle (non-surgically.)A flex-sig shows a stricture just above the rectum. HE refused any form of surgery, even though he was warned that the consequences if it becomes an obstruction are dire. HE was discharged from the hospital on an antibiotic, and warned that surgery is inevitable. Are there homeopathic remedies that can help with this situation? HE has informed the drs that he will not have a colostomy, even if it is to save his life. I am trying to do what I can. This is really scary for me
