Arsnicum 200 C

I took Arsenicum 200 C for chest anxiety, feeling like I can't breathe right and worrying about heaving a heart attack or dying.
It worked wonders and worked immediately!
But it only lasted 2 days. I had it before and it lasted longer, then my homeopath gave me Lycopodium 200 and it really agravated me, so he advised Arsenicum again.
This time the Ars didn't last too long. Can I repeat the 200 C dose after just 3 days, since the symptoms are back?
