I'll get to the point quickly.

I am 27yo Male from Hyderabad/Karachi. Unmarried.

About 3 and half years back I started getting what I called 'Hyper Erection' meaning I was getting fully erect without any sex (as I am/was not married). Before that it was not as hard but it was still quite good.

However, one day I had this quite a good erection but suddenly I lost it when I set to release my self of it by masturbating. But ever since then I feel impotent.

> I hardly get strong erection.

> Many times my penis stretches to good size but is soft (I believe too soft to have any intercourse).

> I also seem to have lost my excitement at watching any sort of adult material. I mean even before I used to watch it I used to get erection without touching myself & my heart beat used to get pretty fast as well.

I have lost a lot of my confidence. Sometimes I pray for death & see it as only mercy.

I need urgent help as my mother wants me to get married.

Note: I once tried something called 'Tila (from Royal Homoe Labs)' a friend of mine gave me. Just a small bit from a tube. I rubbed it around the penis. Waited for an hour but nothing happened. I went to sleep distressed. But the next day I got almost full erection.

Now I don't even know where to buy such stuff. My friend also got it from someone else whom he cant get in touch with anymore.
