i am 20 year old....
i am taking....
barytacarb(8 small pills)
symphytum (8 small pills)
selicia 12x.(4 pills)
3 times in a day
in morning befor breakfast..
afternoon after lunch..
night after dinner...

frm 3 months...

my hight increase half inch or slite more thn that...

now wht shd i do ??

ritnw my hight is 5'9(approx)
still want 2 grow if its possible.....?????

you are in appropriate size.why are you interested to increase size?Don't try to break the rules of nature.It will be harmful for you.You may get some height but those remedies will give you some new problems.So try to be satisfy with your present height.
