What is it, All doctors plz help??

I have a suspicious problem that i always have a problem that musclesfrom my tongue and Palate

(upper mouth roof) to the hip and from hip to foot feels tighten,hard,and tongue bends towards right

side. Both sides muscles become tighten harden but mostly right sided are more effected. When this

effect is at its peak then it feels that my abdomen muscles (stomach liver muscles etc) or whole

belly muscles shrinken and my teeth both upper and down messing with each other like upper side

teeth grinds the down side teeth. When this condition occurs i cannot sleep. And abdomen (belly)

become so much shrinken that its hard for me to breath and i have to take breath very hardly.

And i can only cure this condition by taking Xanax or Zanith ( anti depression anxiety drug)
when i do sit i feels my hip muscles moves automatically without my will to move them and my whole

upper body moves due to it. When i sleep my mouth become to the shape like we do for whistling and

my mouth become hard in a form like shut it up. so i often take some thing in my teeth to safe my

teeth from grinding each other. Also whenever i close my eyes whenever i close not only for sleeping

my both eyes feels jerks left and right. Although when i take xanax to relief all symptoms then my

hunger becomes well and whenever i sit on my feet or on my legs and i stand up i cannot stand due to

disturbance which started in my leg thigh muscles.

Please doctors anyone please help me and diagonese what is this condition i haven't any major

diseases and all my blood urine tests ultrasound are normal .
