Trigiminal neurolgia

Operation was carried out by neuro surgeon.It was said to be - Selective Radiofrequency Thermocoagulation of the trigiminal root for the relief of trigiminal neuralgia. It was done in last year. After one year again some burning, cutting pain started at the right side of the Jow. While eating there is no Problem. At present. Tiaptol-300, Gabaneuron, & Bplex is suggested,It gives relief . Can you suggest any Homeopathic Medicine.that can cur this completely.
