Side effects of Arnica 200K?

I had been taking Arnica at 200K potency on and off (sometimes as much as 2-3 tims a day, 5 pellets) for several months. My naturopath didn't tell me there would be a problem with it, but now I'm reading that 200K should only be given as a one-time dose. Could it actually be causing unexplained bruises and more joint/muscle pain?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Yes, it can cause those symptoms, as such a long repetition of the same potency will invariably cause a 'proving', where the person will start developing troublesome symptoms

Is there anything I can do to reverse the effects?

You can try to wait for 2 weeks, and if the symptoms still persist after that, try taking a SINGLE dose of

Aconite 6c.

This should anti-dote any remaining symptoms.

You can try drinking a cup of coffee. Especially if you don't regularly drink coffee. You can also get some moth balls and smell them. Also, try eating some mints or smelling and chewing some mint leaves. All of these can sometimes cancel or reduce the effect of a remedy.

You should never take much of a 200c remedy. 200c remedies should be taken once and allowed to wait for some time.
