Help for Panic Attacks

I need some help choosing a homeopathic remedy. My local practitioner charge over $200 for the interview and more for the remedy. I can't afford this right now, but I need help with my panic attacks. I'm hoping someone can help me choose a remedy ...

I have severe panic attacks, first I will get butterflies in my stomach, my chest will tighten, my breath shortens, my heart palipates out of control and then I begin to blush uncontrollably. It starts in my chest, goes up on to my neck and eventually covers my entire face. It looks like bright red splotches.

The attacks used to just happen before an exam, public presentation, etc, but now they occur anytime where I'm the center of attention or where there is the slightest possibility I might be judged, criticized or evaluated.

Please help!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I should also mention that I decided to try Aconitum Nap, but after I took the initial dosage recommendation on the label I felt like I was having a panic attack. Now I'm not sure if I should continue taking it or not .... Any advice would be really appreciated!!!!
