attention problems??

I have a difficult time paying attention in class. I feel like I get dazed (like my eyes are glued open) or I just don't listen. It didn't bother me so much in easier classes, but in my upper level accounting classes it effects my ability to well in my coursework. I also feel like I have no energy or very little energy in comparison to others.

-It seems to be worse in certain types of light (yellow light), or when I'm really tired.

-My ability to focus gets better usually in the mornings, but sometimes I can't seem to focus or process any information all day.

-My sleep patterns are decent. I go to bed around 11pm and wake up around 7:30am. I get very tense when I sleep though and start laying on my arms because it feels relaxing.

-I'm a really sensitive person. Sensitive to the cold and to criticism.

-food doesn't seem to effect it.

-no major diseases

-no major reactions to any medications.

-I've tried helleborus niger 30c. It seemed to work for the first week, but its effectiveness wore off whether I took it or not.
