Which Test

Some body tell me you cant know if ur kidneys have any problem they work until they are 100% damaged or failed... can you tell me please how i can find that my kidneys are in good condition because i took sex medicine in past and got the problem of blood pressure in gift. so i want to be sure if i have kedney problem or not suggest best test for best accurate results Thanks

you can do serum creatinine.It is the most significant test for kidney function.

Correct the spelling:Nephrologist or Urologist.Many test for Kidney function like GFT(glomerular filtration rate),Creatinine clearance rate,Urinary albumin excreation rate,Blood urea,Serum creatinine,X-ray KUB region,USG of renal system etc.But most important test is Serum creatinine.
