Safe detox during pregnancy?
I am 16 weeks pregnant and have been affected by local fires in my area. Although our home has not been destroyed and the fires have ceased, we are constantly breathing toxic air from the ash and debris. I have been coughing and several days I have woken up with a sore throat from the air pollution. Is there any type of safe detox I can do right now?mom2b on 2008-11-18
