PE Problems Since Long

Sir, I am of the age of 35. unmarried I started masterbation at the age of 9. I feel that due to this reason . After incomplete erection i ejectuate now for last two years I am not getting complete erection.my heat beat is always between 40 to 50.I have loss in the memory .due to excess of masterbation I also facing the weakness of eye sight iI cant read even when I ewar the glasses after sone time image is going out of focus.sometimes I feel kind of pain or headness in my knees when I walk then feel relief from pain . When I tried but failed as the erection is incomplete and discharged within in no time.i cant hold for sec then suddenly i Ejectuate.I could not explain this problem to any doctor. Kindly help me to come out of this depression. Kindly answer: 1. How to get rid of incomplete erection and early discharge. Kindly suggest homoepathic medicines the name of the , if possible, how to take and for how long the medicine is to be taken. Kindly inform on this e-mail address.
