How severe your acne is mild +++It's moderate, severe (tubercles and cystic).
Do they suppurates quite much ++yes.
Do they itch quite much. ++ sometimes

Do they are painful.+++ sometimes.

What are their color ++ they are reddish filled with blood and puse..

Do they are affected by menstrual cycles or they have any relation to menses.

+++Maybe?? I haven't gotten my period over a year due to weight gain & stress..

Do warmth and heat affect them. +++Yes! during showering time with the steam & heat

I'am undergoing stress because i have lost my job and i've been struggling lately. And sometimes i feel depressed and lonely since my love left me for a skinny lady..So i really feel down in the dumps ever since.

I also wanted to mention to you that i don't like veggies
maybe there is something out there like a shake that can give me the vitamins that i've been missing??

yes!! with the heat or steam during shower time. they get worse and more reddish. i always have to use cover up to conceal the acne and the redness.

some how the beach water drys my oily skin and helps clear my skin. but then i have my acne scars (aka) pockmrks that i have to worry about..

You should take Causticum 30C 3-4 globules or 2-3 drops at 10 minute interval three times only.

Now for the acne scars that look like pock marks ,what do i need to use for that??
