Serious Bad Wetting problem

My son, 7 years, studying in Class 3 has been wetting both during day and night.

We have tried several doctors and also tried to counsel him. he always says that he doesn't know when he should urinate and ends up wetting his pants during the day times.In nights also he is in deep sleep and wets the bed.

Some doctors said that his bladder is small and unable to store urine for a longer time. Medicines accordingly were prescribed but no suitable results are evident.He was also asked to undertake a routine of going to toilet every two hours and sit there for 5 minutes. However, it too did not help.

I am seriously concerned as we are not able to rectify his probelm and I am sure this is going to start affecting his self confidence soon.

I shall be greatly thankful to anyone who can either advise me or some remedy that has worked.
