My wife age 33 is suffering form cough. She also suffers from cramps her details are:

Bad Throat, green yellow Phlegm, comes out with difficulty, stringy, lumpy

Pain in ribs after coughing

I feel tired and irritated

Irritated and at the end of my tether

Started with a bad throat

Morning and late morning

7. What are the things which aggravate your suffering and which are those which ameliorate the same?
Cold Air and water aggravates, warm water, ginger, honey and pepper ameliorates

8. Do your think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any internal biological changes in the body, like, menses (in females)?
NO

9. When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather?
I like cold weather

I do not crave for anything to eat but I am allergic to capsicum

Capsicum and raw peanuts

16. Is your sweat normal or less or more? Where does it sweat more: Head, Trunk or Limbs? I sweat in Underarms even during winters but sweat is normal

17. How is your bowel movement and stool type?
I have tendency towards constipation, its generally hard

18. How well do you sleep? Do you have a particular posture of sleeping?
I am a light sleeper, light noise can wake me up. No particular posture

20. What medications have been taken earlier by you to treat the diseases and do you have any particular symptom surfacing after the medication?
Nothing in particular

22. What major diseases are running in your family?
My mother’s side has mild Asthma / Bronchitis, My father is thalassemia minor, I am not.

23. Describe, how do you look like? Describe your overall appearance
I have intramural & subcutaneous fibroid attached to the right side of the fibroid wall. I have had Uterine Artery Embolization(UAE) done but since the fibroid had calcification on the walls so the size could not reduce much. Because of space shortage in my lower abdomen, there is tendency towards frequent urination. One of the homeopathic doc who examined me had said that the hormonal cycle is disturbed and I had taken medicines from him which suited me but since there was no reduction in fibroid size I discontinued and went for UAE. My skin eruptions have become better after those homeo medicines and UAE. I have had High BP 140 / 90for a span of around three months in the last quarter of 2007 but it keeps fluctuating now with stress.
