bone spur
Hello,I have a bone spur/osteophyte in my extreme lower back around the hip area....it hurts when i am sitting for longer periods.....it is a soft tumour like spur....i was prescribed hekla lava 3x... 1 tab in morning and night...i took it for 2 months but no improvement.

Calc. Flour is an another depandable remedy in such cases. Please try it in 6x (thrice a day) for 2/3 weeks and report changes.
