Dr. pankaj varma attention please!!!
After researching a lot I found out that Gelsemium could helpm me best for my symptoms:Acute inflammation of whole body (throat, stomach, ect..), stomach burning sensation, eye inflammation and itching, irritation of urinary trach, insomnia, mental irritation, body heat.
basicly different body parts inflammation, itching, irritation and burning
could you please tell me what form (tincture or pill) and what dosage is right for me to start, thank you so very much
