losing hair

hi,i am prashant,24 year male,i am suffering from hairfall,may be from male patteren baldness.my elder is brother also losing his hair.my father was semi-bald.please guide me,my grandfather is a homeopathy doctor,he prescribed me to have wiesbaden 200,one dose alternate day,but some one told me to have it twice a day daily,all in vain,density of hairs is decreasing day by day plz guide me
