Please help me for my problems worse after sex.

Sir,

I own a small business. 29 years, Male, 5 feet 11 inches, 75 KG


I was married at 25 . My wife was a coco player. She is physically more fit than me. She works as a Sports Faculty in a school now. I go for jogging and workout whenever I get some time from my breathless schedule but I am not as good as my wife;
We decided not to have children until we build a nice spacious house. We live with a large family including my parents, my younger brothers and my younger sister. Everything is fine with the family. My wife takes care of all . She is very affectionate.

PROBLEM

I get a kind of sore , bruised , neuralgic sensation in the whole right part of my body( except the testicles and fingers) , everytime after we make sex. The sensation remains for 5 or 6 days after . That includes neuralgic pain in head,eye,face,inner ear,inner throat,inner shoulder,hand, lumbar region,saccrum, hip muscle,inner thigh, knee, calve, foot,sole. All that on the right side of the body only. For this reason, I only make sex only once in 20 days or so, owing to business travel and also worrying this neuralgia. The sensations automatically go off after 5 or 6 days but I feel a lot of discomfort during those days . I stopped using pain killers since I was getting drowsy by their use, since I have to be cautious while long drives. The alopath neurologist studied the brain scan , spine scan etc. and said everything was normal. A local homeopath prescribed me Sanguinaria 30 and Rhustox 200 but after 3 years, no change could be seen.

My penis bends slightly left during erection . Everything else (sperm count , size,entering,duration etc.) is perfect. I don't get any tired feeling or fatigue after sex. We both get satisfaction.

Sometimes I get constipated upto 2 or 3 days ,after sex. Stool comes only on pressure of food(breakfast). After 3 days, it'd be OK.

My wife has more sexual urge. Whenever we find leisure in our room or at night, she approaches me. Initially, I get worried about my neuralgia but then I overcome it and cooperate with her. Then she suddenly becomes conscious and goes off the mood. She reasons this to the presence of other family members in the house. She cannot continue the mood as soon as she realizes that we are not alone in the home. My younger brother and younger sister are children of 8 and 10 years and they are always wandering around her, whenever at home. She loves them so much. She takes much care of them than my mother. She respects my mother and father very much. It is very rare to find only both of us in the room except night.. Now, you can understand the situation.

My wife is emotional and sensitive too. Her face is an exact index of her mind always. She never speaks harsh words. She never argues if I say no to anything. That makes me not to say no to her in case of sex. So we try to do sex whenever we are alone at home(very rare) or when I take her along with me on the tour once in 2 months or so.
She is very communicative and handles all other situations very well. She feels shy in front of my old parents but she is free moving with me. She doesn’t have any menses problems or digestion problems. I remember the last time she fell ill was 4 years ago . She was helping me shifting the house . She wasn’t tired even though she was with 102 F fever.

I need a medicine for my neuralgia. I suppose there is also some medicine in homeopathy for my wife’s sudden mood off from sex. Her mood is alright when there is nobody at all in the home or at any hotel room on the tour.
At home too, I think that she doesn’t mind initially while approaching for sex but when things are on a high pitch only, she turns off.


I don’t have any other problems. I crave potato. I get irritated at people when they are careless but I don’t outburst. At times when I have to scold my employees, I do it soft and systematic. I also get angry when I feel somebody is not bothering me but I never express it. I feel guilty when I deny my wife sometimes from buying very highly priced fancies (shopping, jewelry etc.). I do buy her ,the items she wants, on 3 occasions in a year. I am sensitive to emotions but never let any one know of it.. I am a kind of introvert from my child hood. I feel that my business communication is not genuine but it works very well.

My wife is almost of same height and weight as mine . She has athletic physique. She doesn’t have any insomnia. She spends the next day from a mood off, very calm, talking very little .


Please doctors, please suggest me some medicine for me and my wife.
