Hi, i am a 29 year old married person. I had found no. of threads related to Premature Ejaculation in this forum. And different doc's have different selection for the same. I am very confused, which medicine will work for me.
Sex: Male
Age: 29
Nature of work: Mostly related to computer.

Just few week back i got married. I am suffering from Premature Ejaculation. I had a history of masturbation since age of 12. I can't hold more than 20-30 seconds. This gives me lots of frustration to as well as my wife.
Many times i got depressed. It doesn't led to any physical suffering.
i think that my penis too much sensitive. After 1st ejaculation, it is too much difficult to get the second erection within even 6-8hrs.
I don't have any major suffering.
Before marriage i don't have any physical contact with any body. So, i don't know exactly, when this problem starts.
Cold whether is a bit problematic for me. I don't smoke or drink. But i use to take coffee one in a day.
Thirst and hunger are normal. No constipation. No bowl related problem.I only sleep for 5-6hr. This is my habit for long time.
For this symptom i naver took any medicine.
But, almost 4 months back, i found some semen discharge during passing the motion. So, i took Acid Phos Q(Mother Tincture),5 drops, 3 times a day for one month. This cure my that problem.
I usually wake up at 6 o'clock and sleeps in night at 11-11.30
I am 5ft8' and 67kg, avarage built.

Please try STRYCHNIA PHOSPHORICA-3x (two tablets thrice a day for 2 weeks) and report changes.

Hi Dr. MAhfooz!
2 days back i got my medicine. i took only twice yesterday. But i start feeling dizziness and sleepy feeling in the evening. first i thought that it is due hot weather. It start feeling thirsty and a slight difficulty in swallowing food. So, i didn't took the third dose in night. And still my condition same.

Is it due to STRYCHNIA PHOSPHORICA or what?
Please help me as soon as possible.

I have a interview tomorrow and
I want to be fresh and comfortable tomorrow.

Please stop this medicine for a week and note changes and come back after 2 weeks without repitation.

I think your stomach is upset? is this correct?

Hello Doctor, i am reporting after 2weeks.
4days back i did intercourse,4 times in 2days. I manage every time without ejaculation (a duration of about 15-20 mins with my wife.)with help of rhythm control and durex performa condoms. After that i am out of town for 2weeks. But i feel that i am not getting morning erections, which were very strong earlier. and also no sex related thoughts which were earlier too much occupied my mind.
I don't know whether it is a positive sign or leading to some negative thing?
today, i am feeling a little bit of dizziness. After 26th April, i never felt that.
For last 2 days i suffering from mild common cold. So, still not clear that dizziness is due to cold or still the effects of STRYCHNIA PHOSPHORICA.

Now again i am feeling the same problem along with erectile dysfunction. After 2-3 mins of insertion it starts losing it hardness and soon i ejaculate. If we change position, then hardness is completely gone. My wife can't be able to make it stiff by any means.

Earlier , i use to have strong morning rise but it is gone.

Last 2 weeks i m also facing problem with acidity and back pain.

Today, i started taking China Q and Yohimbinum Q once in the morning.

Please suggest me.
