Childs loose teeth after fall

My 2 year old daughter fell 5 days ago while running and hurt her top front teeth and gums. there was a lot of bleeding but it didn't take too long to stop. Even though the gums are visibly healing I still wasn't at ease so I took her to the dentist today. He told me that her 2 front teeth are slightly loose. I was not able to notice this on my own.
I would like to know if there is anything I can give her to make sure that they heal properly and maybe to avoid any tooth abcesses in the future.
The dentist said that if any damage is done we will be able to know in around 6 months, ie. if the tooth starts changing colour or dying.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
my som also suffered the same accident when he was 3 and lost some of his fromt tooth , we were also traumatised by this but now after few years normal teeth have come , i personally feel very little can be done if some mechanical damage to teeth has occurred and hence do not worry t much , eventually things will be normal

Thanks Vikas grower. I know it is very common and not THAT serious, but the idea of her loosing her 2 front teeth is disturbing. She is only 2 and has at least 3-4 years before she changes her baby teeth.

read up on remedy arnica montana-ut has the loose teth symptom as well injury deal---but not so much the front teeth---thing is the affect of the physicalk trauma --depending on susuceptibilty (inner state health sate)--will show in child's indivual way based on genetics/predisposition--blah blah blah---all that---showing as teeth falling out,or affecting secindry teeth growth---gums--not to say otherregions--seemingly not relatd to main focus---if child repels idea of touching thta area--that is pinter also to arnica-

if seems fit--use arnica in single test dose 30c--in some water--one time--u should see some mimick of trauma after the dose-pains an such -in subtle pasing--if that occurs and no new symptoms occur---then alow things settle -and redose using 200c in water--1 dose--that will accomplish much --if arnica is best fitted and no new symptoms arise--

also get child see chirpractor--the cervical vertebra bound to be affetcted --wise after any jolting experience--saves nuch problems in future--

there u go armed with info

Thank you for your reply. I finally got the arnica today. It is 10 days after the injury. Her teeth are slightly firmer, but one is starting to turn a little grey. Do you believe it is too late for it to be helped?

One more question.
Tomorrow we go to the dentist again. If the dentist decides to take an x-ray, does this in any way effect the remedy?

yeah afects-as will dental work-but get the xray--and reasssess after --proceed from that point pf knowing---grey tooth--sounds like the bugger is dead-----how sensitive is the area envolved?
