i want a full term pregnancy. please help me

Hello Doctors from the forum. I hope one of you can help me. My pregnancy test became positive yesterday but I am having abdominal pain and I am afraid I could lose my pregnancy. On September last year I was pregnant but I lost the baby due to an spontaneous miscarriage. I would like to know if there is any homepathic medicine to prevent a miscarriage. Thanks a lot from the bottom of my heart.

VIBURNUM OPULUS-Q is always helpful in Frequent and very early miscarriage. Please try vib. op.(15 drops twice a day in a little water) initially for a month. Please start it without any fear.

Thanks a lot to bouth you Dr. mahfooz and Dr. samirac. I am taking VIBURNUM O for now but tomorrow I will start also the Mimmulus. The pain is gone for now thanks to the VIBURNUM OP.
